Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without giving advance notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, we have a “No-Show Policy” for all appointments scheduled with our veterinarians.
- For medical appointments, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or do not provide us with the required 24-hour notice, a fee will be charged.
- For surgical appointments, we request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to show up for your scheduled surgical appointment or do not provide us with the required 48-hour notice your deposit fee will be forfeited.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies arise. A simple phone call 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment is all that is required. This will allow us to offer that spot to a pet in need.
